Yes. We went cuckoo looking at the mouse houses in Cuckoo Land. It happens to those who are inflicted with Camino Numb Brain.

I'm happy you enjoyed it, Rob. The Camino is rich with history. The oldest record of it dates back to 800 CE. It is a living legend and a fascinating path/road to walk.

For sure, Renato. Our senses were heightened. I didn't mention it in the article, but by the time we got to that leg of the journey, I could smell when humans were approaching us on the path.

Thank you, Mariska. Learning the history of the Camino is part of the overall experience of the pilgrimage. It happens as the footsteps accumulate. There is a lot of time to contemplate what you are doing and why you are doing it along the way. It is a remarkable experience.
